Crynodeb
Provide expert diagnosis and treatment for a range of hand and wrist conditions in community-based settings. Perform a wide range of hand surgeries and injections, including but not limited to, carpal tunnel release, trigger finger. Work autonomously with support from our clinical governance and operational teams. Document all clinical care accurately using Emis and adhere to HealthHarmonies clinical protocols. Liaise with NHS partners and GPs as needed to ensure continuity of care and appropriate referrals. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient care. Provide pre-operative and post-operative care and patient education. Contribute to clinical governance activities including audits, peer reviews, and incident reporting. Support ongoing service development and innovation in community surgery delivery.
