Summary
Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust is looking to expand the workforce in good time for the opening of 3 purpose built Community Diagnostic Centres in the coming years. We are looking for individuals keen to specialise in echocardiography through completing the BSE recognised; Post Graduate Certificate in Clinical Echocardiography; this will be fully funded by the Trust. We have a very busy diagnostic service in Cardiology and Echo sub-speciality plays a major part in achieving Trusts values of Excellent, Compassionate and Respectful. To achieve our echo wait time standard consistently and to provide equitable direct access to GPs in local communities, we are looking to recruit a number of Specialist Cardiac Physiologists as part of our community diagnostic centres project. Our vision is to ensure that, a consistently high-quality service is delivered to our patients locally to enhance patient experience through reduced wait times and commute.
