About the Role

To be responsible for the financial administration and payments for Adults and Children’s social care contracts. To obtain and analyse performance monitoring data from providers and to assist providers in understanding their responsibilities and entitlements in relation to payments and charging.

Be the first point of contact for suppliers and seek to resolve problems as promptly as possible. Ensure contract documentation is managed in line with Contract Procedure Rules and Financial Regulations. Maintain effective document management systems.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

· Knowledge of financial functions, experience of maintaining financial records through complex spreadsheets

· Ability to process and maintain manual and computerised records, including numerical calculations

· Ability to use a high level of ICT technology effectively

· Ability to manage own workload without supervision or work as part of a team
