Well, we've got a brilliant opportunity for you.
Our client, a small accountancy practice of 8 people, based in Knutsford, are looking for an Accountant to oversee the team.
The two partners are keen for you to be their right-hand person. They've grown the practice from 200 to 2000 clients in the last few years. They've got further growth plans, but they're being held back by a lack of time.
That's where you come in. You'll be stepping in to take responsibilities from the partners, freeing up their time to develop the business.
This is no ordinary Senior Accountant role, you'll be playing an integral part of the growth of a practice, with potential for you to eventually become a shareholder yourself.

• Salary: £50k - £60k, D.O.E
• Hours: 9AM - 5PM (1 hour lunch)

What will you be doing in the Senior Accountant role?
As an experienced Practice Accountant, I don't need to tell you what your role will involve. As a practice, they do everything apart from Audit, so you will be supporting across all areas of client's accounts.
You'll be looking at weekly reports of the status of work, and delegating workload out to the team.
Your role will also be client facing, you'll be dealing with client queries and hosting client meetings.
What do you need in order to be considered?
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Accountant within a practice.
• Qualified in either ACA, ACCA, CIMA, AAT or QBE.
• Comfortable speaking with clients.
