Job Title: Early Years Practitioner
Location: South East London
Start Date: Immediate
Salary: £13.65 – £13.80 per hour
Are you a passionate Early Years Practitioner looking for your next rewarding role?
Do you thrive in a nurturing and supportive environment where children’s learning and development come first?
We are currently working with a lovely private day nursery based in South East London that is looking to welcome a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to their team. This well-established setting supports up to 50 children and is committed to creating a warm, engaging environment where every child feels safe, secure, and encouraged to learn and grow.
The nursery places a strong emphasis on early communication and language development, fostering a love of books, and promoting independence from the earliest stages. The role will mainly be based in the baby room, so experience with babies is essential – though flexibility to support across the nursery is important too.
This is a long-term role with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate.
What we’re looking for:-
A Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent)
-
Previous experience working in an Early Years setting
-
A positive, caring and can-do attitude
-
Passion and enthusiasm for supporting young children’s development
In return, you can expect:-
Competitive pay of £13.65–£13.80 per hour
-
Support from a dedicated consultant, available 24/7
-
Access to CPD courses and progression opportunities via our My-Progression platform
-
A guaranteed payment scheme (T&Cs apply)
-
Referral bonuses – earn up to £100 when you refer a friend (T&Cs apply)
-
PAYE pay – no admin fees or umbrella company deductions
