Summary
The Role
You will be responsible for the day to day admin support across 3 departments who report to the Head of Customer Service.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
• Data Cleansing
• Dealing with and Investigating Queries across the business.
• Sales Support for BDM’s and KAM’S
• Entering Data onto the CRM System
• Quality checks on AMCS & CRM
• Processing Contracts & CVI’s
• Assisting with Reports
• Deal with inbound enquiries via email and telephone
• Pre Invoice Checks
• You will ensure all department procedures are followed and data accurately and promptly recorded on the systems within the company’s SLA’s

Skills and Experience
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
• Good administration skills
• Advanced knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office applications
• Sales support and customer service
• Good level of written and oral communication
