Summary

We are looking to recruit casual care staff to our residential setting offering a long stay service to people living with a learning disability and physical disabilities .
The main duties of this role are to provide care and support to meet individuals physical , emotional and social needs based on their individual support plans to keep them safe and well . You must have some experience of care either in a paid, voluntary or personal setting . It is essential that you have good communication skills and have the ability to listen and act on individual needs and preferences to be able to provide best support . You will ensure that the persons values , rights, choices and dignity are met at all times .
We offer a full induction and training and support casual staff to undertake the Care Certificate .We offer a variety of shift patterns where available for casual staff .
