Summary

Job Title: Electrical Contract Manager
Location: London (with 1 day/week travel to Kent office)
Salary: Up to £80,000 per annum (DOE)

I’m currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing M&E contractor who is looking to appoint an experienced Electrical Contract Manager to join their London team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a respected business that delivers a wide range of projects, with a strong focus on high-rise residential developments. Candidates with experience in commercial or industrial projects will also be considered.

The Role:

• Overseeing multiple electrical projects from pre-construction through to handover.

  
  

• Managing site teams and subcontractors to ensure high standards of work and compliance.

  
  

• Coordinating with clients, consultants, and internal departments to ensure smooth project delivery.

  
  

• Monitoring project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

  
  

• Ensuring adherence to all relevant health & safety legislation.

  
  

• Regular reporting to senior leadership on progress and key metrics.

  
  Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar Electrical Contract Manager role.

    
    

  • Strong background in high-rise residential projects is ideal.

    
    

  • Commercial or industrial experience also considered.

    
    

  • Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition).

    
    

  • SMSTS or equivalent preferred.

    
    

  • Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.

    
    

  • Flexibility to attend the company’s Kent office once a week.

    
    Package:
