ARE YOU THE ONE?

With all the exciting new technology we have on the horizon, we are looking for a pro-active, engaging, and confident Event Manager to join our team on our Contact Centre Roadshow activation.

You will be the essential link between our products and Contact Centre advisors, providing a best-in-class experience from start to finish.You’ll create excitement and a buzz around our products by sharing your expert knowledge, boosting brand love, and really driving knowledge retention.

If you’re able to demonstrate previous Event Manager experience in public-facing events or brand activations, in high-profile and high-pressure environments this role is for you!

UK Roadshow:

  • Working Days: 9th – 17th July
  • Training 3rd & 4th July
  • Site Visit: 7th or 8th July TBC in Derby
  • £200 per day + £25 daily bonus + Sustenance + £25 dinner allowance on live days
  • £50 per day on travel days

Offshore Roadshow

  • Working Days: 10th– 24thJuly (varied per location)
  • Training 3rd & 4th July
  • Site Visit: 7th or 8th July TBC in Derby
  • £200 per day + £25 daily bonus + Sustenance + £25 dinner allowance on live days
  • £50 per day on travel days
  • £200 per day + £25 per day bonus on live days only
  • £60 per day sustenance paid in advance of travel

WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO

OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT AND EXECUTION

Manage promotional stand operations as per client requirements, leading a team of Product Trainers and support staff to ensure effective role management.Build relationships with Contact Centre management to drive engagement and provide a point of escalation for technical issues, implementing solutions and sharing best practices. Oversee connectivity, device readiness, and stock management to ensure smooth activations.

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE Create an unforgettable brand experience by engaging advisors, boosting footfall, and driving product interest. Deliver outstanding interactions to influence sales and foster brand loyalty. Adapt communication for a personalised approach, exceed targets, and share best practices. Strengthen brand advocacy through meaningful relationships and memorable experiences.

BRAND AWARENESS

Confidently answer queries, showcasing brand expertise and product knowledge.Stay updated on competitors, demonstrate products engagingly, and upsell to maximize sales and conversions.

REPORTING AND FEEDBACK

Capture key moments through photos and videos, report daily achievements, share feedback and best practices, and track data for performance analysis.

ARE YOU OUR PERFECT PARTNER?

  • You’re experienced in events management in a relevant industry
  • For Offshore Roadshow - you will need previous offshore events experience
  • You’re experienced in delivering public-facing or brand events
  • You’re experienced in customer service or retail
  • You’re experienced with logistics, reporting, and site management
  • You’re self-motivated and proactive
  • You’re able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • You’re positive, with a can-do attitude

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US

  • Competitive Salary: £200 per day
