Summary
We are recruiting experienced Telephone Collections Agents for our client based in Sheffield S3.
These are permanent positions working 37.5 hours over 5 days between the hours of 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday and to include Saturdays.
Salary £26,000 plus bonus with a realistic OTE of up to £40,000.
Working within a friendly and modern office just outside the city centre, you will be making and receiving calls with customers to arrange payment of outstanding debts.
The role will involve-
Handling difficult conversations in a sensitive and professional manner over the telephone
Entering accurate records of conversations and agreements onto a customer database
Following processed and guidelines regarding debt collection
Working in an open plan, contact centre environment
Accurately entering payment details correctly first time
Requirements for the role
Previous call centre and preferably collections or credit control experience is helpful.
Being comfortable working to targets- earnings increase based on achievements.
Strong IT skills
Clear and confident communications skills both in writing and over the telephone as well as being happy making telephone calls to customers.
Critical thinking skills and being able to ask the right questions.
