As our Learning Mentor, you will provide students with a high level of mentoring support - providing them with the support and guidance to enable them to achieve their programme of study and transition pathways. You will motivate our learners and monitor their progress and play a key role in their student journey. This is a Learning Mentor role with a difference! Our Learning Mentor will be a confident, enthusiastic communicator and have experience of working with and supporting a diverse range of young people. You will be passionate about inspiring and motivating our learners to help them progress in education and be successful post 16. You will have experience of supporting and learners with challenging behaviour to re-engage with education.
