Summary

As part of our continued commitment to excellence, we're looking to expand our Repairs & Maintenance Liaison team within our Operations Directorate.


As a key member of our Housing Repairs and Maintenance team, you will be a point of contact for tenants,
leaseholders, and stakeholders regarding repair and maintenance
enquiries and complaints. You'll be responsible for managing
customer feedback, coordinating repair responses, and ensuring
service excellence from first contact through to resolution.


You will also support our compliance with Awaab's Law, helping us resolve issues like damp and mould, safeguarding the health and wellbeing of our tenants.


Key responsibilities

Managing customer feedback (compliments, comments, complaints) in line with regulatory standards.
Undertake formal investigations into customer complaints and provide a written response.
Supporting compliance and safeguarding residents through timely issue resolution.
Producing performance reports and delivering presentations based on complaint trends.
Promoting continuous improvement and service quality across operational teams.
Providing administrative support and maintaining accurate records.
