Responsibilities
Manage a diverse caseload of legal matters and provide exceptional legal representation.
Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy development.
Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and pleadings to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant laws.
Advise clients on their legal rights and options with clarity and professionalism, helping them make informed decisions.
Negotiate settlements and other legal agreements on behalf of clients to achieve optimal outcomes.
Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and other legal proceedings effectively and persuasively.
Maintain current knowledge of laws and regulations relevant to practice areas to provide up-to-date legal advice.
Requirements
Qualified Solicitor with current practicing certificate and at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in legal practice.
Strong understanding of various areas of law, including civil litigation, family law, or corporate law.
Exceptional legal research and writing skills, with the ability to prepare comprehensive legal documents.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction and collaboration with colleagues.
Proven track record of successfully managing a caseload and meeting tight deadlines.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced legal environment.
Commitment to continuing professional development and staying current with legal trends and changes.
