Are you an experienced and passionate leader in adult social care? We’re looking for a Registered Manager to lead a 2-bed residential service supporting adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism in Preston.
About the Service:
Purpose-built complex residential setting
Supports 2 individuals with learning disabilities and autism
Focus on positive behaviour support and personalised care
What You’ll Be Doing:
Leading and managing a dedicated staff team
Ensuring regulatory compliance with CQC
Delivering high-quality, person-centred care
Building positive relationships with families, professionals and stakeholders
Driving continuous improvement and outcomes
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in LD/Autism services
NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care or working towards
Strong leadership and team development skills
A values-driven approach aligned with person-centred practice
Thorough knowledge of CQC regulations and safeguarding
