Pay: £20 per hour (Unqualified) | £25 per hour (Qualified Teachers/Tutors)
Term-Time Only | Monday to Friday | Minimum 15 hours per week
Sessions from 9:30am | Flexible AM, PM, or Full Day availability
Are you a dedicated educator looking to make a difference beyond the traditional classroom? We're looking for compassionate and adaptable Outreach Tutors and Teachers to provide tailored one-to-one support for students across Essex who are currently unable to access mainstream education.
This rewarding role gives you the chance to work closely with pupils facing a variety of barriers to learning - including anxiety, SEND, SEMH, or behavioural challenges - helping them to rebuild confidence and re-engage with their education journey.
