Summary
We are expanding our team of HGV 2 drivers, supporting our client in Leicestershire who are a leader in the Recycling and waste industry.
Going out with a team of loaders, your job role will be to collect household and commercial recyclable items daily. You will collect and then deliver items to certain recycling points throughout the Midlands and surrounds. You will be a reliable, hard-working team player who is looking for an ongoing job that could potentially lead to a permanent contract. New Pass drivers are welcome to apply.
Applicants for this role need to have:
• Full UK Driving licence
• HGV Clas 2 (Cat C)
• Digi and CPC Cards
• No more than 6 points on your licence
• No DD, DR or IN Convictions
• Be looking for a full time job
• Available for an immediate start following a site induction and driving assessment
Previous experience of working within a similar role or with a crew would be a benefit as this is different to working solo.
This is regular and ongoing work with full time hours and a potential to work towards a permanent contract.
You will work Tuesday to Friday each week from 06:30am. You can expect to work up to 40 hours over the 4 days and benefit from a 3 day weekend every single week.
You will be paid 14.67 per hour for this driving role.
Holidays are accrued from your first shift, up to 28 days per year, pro rata.
