Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking to appoint an outstanding Teacher of Spanish at this successful and over-subscribed secondary school in north Leeds, graded 'Good' by Ofsted.
About the role:
• To teach Spanish to GSCE level (additional ability to teach French and/or German to KS3 would be a bonus)
• To teach engaging and effective lessons that motivate, inspire and improve pupil attainment, modelling outstanding practice;
• To ensure high standards of teaching and learning in order to continue the drive to raise standards of attainment and ensure all students make excellent progress
• Ability to work well as part of a team in reaching shared objectives
About the candidate required.
• Have the ability to inspire, engage and enthuse students, staff and the wider community.
• Have a professional drive, energy, determination and aspiration.
• Collaborate and work with key leaders across the school to support further school improvement.
• Knowledge and understanding of the curriculum requirements in the subject specific discipline
