Location: Deeside
Job Type: Full-Time - 11 hours per day - 3 shift patterns available
Salary: Competitive, based on experience + overtime + benefits

About the Role
We are currently seeking skilled and reliable Roof Drainage Operatives to start on a prestigious project near Deeside. This is a hands-on, outdoor role that plays a vital part in ensuring safe and effective drainage systems. You'll be working at height, often as part of a small team, carrying out drainage installation, maintenance, and repair work.
Key Responsibilities
- Installing, inspecting, and maintaining roof drainage systems (guttering, downpipes, drainage channels, etc.)
- Clearing blockages and debris from existing systems
- Identifying leaks or drainage issues and performing repairs
- Working at height safely using appropriate access equipment (MEWPs, scaffolding, ladders)
- Ensuring all work complies with health & safety regulations and site standards
- Recording job details and reporting issues to supervisors or clients
Requirements
✅ Previous experience in roofing, drainage, or similar trade preferred
✅ Comfortable working at height and in outdoor conditions
✅ Good physical fitness and manual dexterity
✅ CSCS card and/or relevant health & safety training desirable
✅ Full UK driving licence (preferred)
