Summary
Medicines management:reviewing and issuing prescriptions under the supervision of a pharmacist. Patient care:Providing advice and support to patients on their medications, including dosage, administration, and potential side effects. Inventory management:Ensuring that the Surgery has adequate stock of medications / emergency drugs and other healthcare products. Administrative tasks:Managing prescriptions, patient records, and other administrative duties. Communication:Liaising with pharmacists, other healthcare professionals, and patients to coordinate care.
