Summary
Core Group are currently looking for a Architectural Metalwork Site Manager in East London.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the installation of architectural steel structures (stairs, handrails, balustrades).
• Oversee daily site operations, ensuring compliance with timelines, quality, and safety standards.
• Supervise and mentor site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and resolve technical issues on-site.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including safety and quality reports.
• Ensure equipment and materials are available and in good condition.
Qualifications:
• Experience in managing architectural metalwork projects.
• Strong knowledge of steel fabrication, installation, and construction drawings.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and site management.
• SMSTS, Health & Safety Managers CSCS Card(Preffered).
Pay Rate: £270 - £290 Per Shift
