As a Student Services Receptionist & Lead First Aider you will play a vital role in the day to day running of student services, providing support to pupils who visit Student Reception. This will include helping them with timetables and general queries, to responding to first aid calls and liaising with families and external agencies. You will manage the medical room, ensure care plans and medical records are kept up to date, and take the lead on first aid provision across the school.

If you:

  • Have a calm, caring approach and enjoy supporting young people
  • Have experience working with students and understand the importance of safeguarding
  • Are confident using IT systems and keeping accurate records
  • Can work well as part of a team but are equally comfortable using your initiative
  • Hold a First Aid at Work qualification - or are willing to complete this with our support
