Summary
Provide administrative support to the clinical team in the team assigned and provide coveracross the Trusts administrative resource File all paperwork appropriately Provide cover across the POD as and when required Ensure all procedures are followed re data capture for service specific outcomes Provide an excellent standard of service to patients at all times Adhere to trust-wide standard operating procedures and policies developed for clinicaladministrative processes and participate in their development Photocopying, filling Answering phones Greeting relatives as they enter the ward Booking follow up appointments Booking Transport
