Summary
Starting in September 2025 you will commence a fixed term contract with SCFT and undertake the one year full-time course at the University of Surrey. All educational components of the programme are based at the University of Surrey (Guildford), with your clinical placement based within one of the CCN teams within Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust. You will be supported by an experienced CCN Practice Assessor throughout your course. Successful completion of the course will lead to a NMC Specialist Practice Award, independent nurse prescriber qualification (V300) and a PGDip in Primary and Community Care (Community Childrens Nursing) Please carefully read the attached person specification and the job description to determine your suitability for this programme.
