We're currently seeking a skilled
Carpenter
To join a property maintenance team in the
Vale of Glamorgan. This is a great opportunity for a qualified tradesperson to work on a variety of residential and commercial properties.
️ Key Responsibilities:
- 1st and 2nd fix carpentry work
- Fitting doors, skirting, architraves, and kitchen units
- Repair and maintenance tasks across occupied and void properties
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety regulations
✅ Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in property maintenance or similar roles
- Own tools and PPE
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Location:
- Vale of Glamorgan - property maintenance across multiple sites
Pay & Benefits:
- £22.00 per hour
- Weekly pay
