About the RoleAs our MFL specialist, you will:
- Teach one or more foreign languages (e.g., French, Spanish, German) across
Key Stages 3 and 4, with potential for KS5. - Deliver dynamic and immersive lessons that spark curiosity and confidence in language learning.
- Promote intercultural understanding and global awareness through engaging classroom activities and enrichment opportunities.
- Contribute to curriculum development and help shape a forward-thinking MFL department.
- Support extracurricular initiatives such as language clubs, international trips, and cultural events.
About YouWe're looking for someone who:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Has a degree in a relevant language or linguistics field.
- Demonstrates strong subject knowledge and a passion for language teaching.
- Has experience teaching MFL in a secondary school setting.
