We’re on the lookout for a skilled Sheet Metal Worker with a background in ductwork fabrication and installation to join a well-established manufacturer of acoustic and ventilation systems based in Coleshill.

You’ll be part of a dedicated workshop team, fabricating and fitting bespoke ducting systems for commercial and industrial clients. If you’re detail-focused, take pride in your craft, and want long-term, stable work—this is an excellent opportunity to take the next step in your fabrication career.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate, assemble, and install custom sheet metal ducting systems

  
  

• Interpret technical and engineering drawings with accuracy

  
  

• Operate fabrication machinery: guillotines, rollers, press brakes, etc.

  
  

• Work with a variety of materials including mild steel, aluminium, and galvanised steel

  
  

• Maintain a clean, safe, and high-quality work environment

  
  

• MIG/TIG welding skills are desirable but not essential

  
  

  What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a sheet metal worker (ductwork focus preferred)

    
    

  • Confident reading and interpreting fabrication drawings

    
    

  • Competent using hand tools and sheet metal machinery

    
    

  • Strong attention to detail and a positive work ethic

    
    

  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

    
    

  • Welding experience is a bonus
