Summary:
We are delighted to working on behalf of specialist service provider who are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused professional to coordinate and oversee the execution of client-driven outreach initiatives.
This role is essential in managing day-to-day operational tasks related to client projects, ensuring accurate implementation, smooth delivery, and consistent communication. Acting as a central liaison between internal teams and external partners, the position requires excellent organisational skills, a solutions-oriented mindset, and a passion for delivering high-quality service.
Key responsibilities:
Project Coordination & Execution
• Organise and manage client-led communication projects from planning to completion.
• Compile and distribute project documentation, such as work briefs and data specifications.
• Track project milestones, flag potential risks, and facilitate internal and external updates.
Client Partnership & Service Excellence
• Serve as the primary operational contact for allocated clients, ensuring a responsive and proactive service approach.
• Build strong working relationships through regular calls, meetings, and reports.
• Address client needs and concerns promptly to support ongoing trust and collaboration.
Resource & Logistics Oversight
• Monitor usage levels of project-related resources, including printed materials and fulfilment stock.
• Coordinate ordering and replenishment in line with project timelines and budgets.
• Ensure all logistical components, such as return handling or draw events, are properly executed and recorded.
Issue Management & Quality Assurance
• Investigate and resolve delivery or service issues using structured processes.
• Perform checks on active campaigns to maintain accuracy and quality control.
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation of all operational activities and billable items.
Team Collaboration & Process Improvement
• Work cross-functionally with project teams and account managers to ensure alignment.
• Provide strategic insights based on client behaviour to support long-term retention and growth.
• Assist with process optimisation, reporting, and occasional internal initiatives.
Ideal Candidate:
• GCSE / A-Level’s
• Experience working within a B2B customer facing role.
• Experience within the charity sector
• Experience in briefing requirements to other teams.
• Gathers and analyses information from varied sources effectively
• Influences and persuades others with confidence
• Adapts quickly to changing processes and evolving environments
• Demonstrates excellent planning and organisational skills
