Summary
Recruitment Professionals is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a leading law firm, currently seeking Paralegals and at least one Solicitor to join their growing Motoring Defence team.
This is an exciting opportunity for legal professionals to contribute to a reputable and forward-thinking practice. You will be managing a diverse caseload while providing expert legal advice and ensuring the highest level of client service.
Who We’re Looking For
Applicants must meet at least one of the following criteria:
- Be a qualified solicitor or legal executive
- Hold a Law Degree
- Be an experienced paralegal
- We also welcome applications from ambitious paralegals who may not yet have motoring defence experience but are keen to build a career in this niche area of law.
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of motoring defence matters
- Draft legal documents and client correspondence
- Provide clear, practical legal advice with client interests at the forefront
- Liaise with clients, colleagues, and third parties effectively
- Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance
- Stay up-to-date with relevant legal developments
- Collaborate within the team to support quality and efficiency
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
