Summary
The Clinical Supervisors are an integral part of clinical learning and development using NHS Talking Therapies best practice and NICE Guidelines. Your own support in this role will include receiving regular supervision of supervision and support from our Senior Leadership Team, as well as well as having access to high quality CPD. With firsthand knowledge of what our therapists need to deliver their role, you will build relationships with our Step 3 Leadership team in order to help develop innovative, positive clinical change, and to help the service continue to achieve excellent client care.
