Summary
Capability Building -Coaching: Ongoing coaching support to front line teams / Care groups once trained in IMS Train and provide ongoing support to staff in trust improvement methodologies, including lean and systems thinking tools and techniques Gemba to front line wards to assist with maturity of IMS and support maturity assessment At KMPT, we are serious about diversity and inclusion, and we are working hard to build this into our DNA.
