A leading fit-out contractor is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team, working across a diverse portfolio of CAT A, CAT B, commercial office, and high-spec interior projects.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident managing the commercial aspects of projects from pre-construction through to final account.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing project budgets, forecasts, and cash flows
- Preparing and submitting valuations and variations
- Procurement and management of subcontractors
- Attending site meetings and liaising with project teams
- Ensuring financial targets and deadlines are met
- Reporting to the Commercial Manager/Director
Requirements:
- Proven experience working on fast-track fit-out or refurbishment projects
- Solid knowledge of JCT contracts
- Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or equivalent preferred
