Working as a Wills, Probate and Trust Solicitor, your duties will include:
- Drafting wills, trusts, and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
- Managing probate applications and administering estates
- Advising on estate planning, tax implications, and trust matters
- Liaising with clients, beneficiaries, and third-party professionals
- Keeping up-to-date with legislation and industry best practice
- Upholding the firm's commitment to "Caring for Clients and their Generations"
What we're looking for?
- A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 3 years PQE in Wills and Probate
- Strong background in legal drafting and estate administration
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate client approach
- High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities
- Dedication to providing outstanding client care and timely case progression
