chance to earn while you train with a full-time Leisure Assistant Apprenticeship at Aspire!
You’ll get stuck into the day-to-day action of running a busy leisure centre—from lifeguarding and teaching swim lessons to
helping people smash their gym goals. And the best part? You’ll be paid while gaining nationally recognised qualifications:
* IQL Level 2 in Pool Lifeguarding
* Swim England or STA Level 2 in Swimming Teaching
* Level 2 in Fitness or Gym Instruction
THE DETAILS:
* 40 hours per week on a rotating shift pattern
* Our pool is open 6am–10.30pm (Mon–Sat) and 7am–3pm (Sun)
* So yes, it’s early mornings, evenings and weekends—but the team is fun, the music is good, and the time flies!
