Summary
Production Operatives / Sewing Machinists required for our manufacturing site based in Mirfield, outside of Huddersfield, West Yorkshire.
We are looking for production operatives who can carry out basic sewing duties to join the manufacturing team on the 0600 - 1400 shift.
Duties
Assiting the team with the manufacture of products.
Carry out basic sewing duties when required.
Conduct regular inspections of machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and resolve any issues that arise.
Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Skills
Experience in a warehouse environment is advantageous.
Knowledge of sewing techniques is a plus, as it may be relevant for specific projects or tasks.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
Hours of work 0600 - 1400 Monday to Friday
