Summary
Programme Manager needed in Southampton Paying £37.08 per hr ref 5270022
Full time hours on a temporary basis
- Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of programmes across Resident Services.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure timely and effective delivery.
- Monitor programme performance, manage risks, and report on progress to senior leadership.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in service delivery.
We’re looking for someone with a strong background in programme or project management, ideally within a public sector or service delivery context. Knowledge of the following service areas is highly beneficial:
- Waste, Fleet and City Services – understanding of operational logistics and environmental impact.
- Regulatory Services – familiarity with compliance, enforcement, and public protection.
- Leisure Services – insight into community engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
- Parking & Traffic Management – experience with urban mobility, infrastructure, and policy.
