Summary
Senior Care Assistant - required for our new luxury care home ‘The Moat House' located in Great Easton near Great Dunmow, Essex, Part of the Country Court Family. We are no longer accepting applications for sponsorship.Hours: 45 Hours per week, working weekends on rota (Shift Times 07:45 - 20:00)Moat House Care Home is in Great Easton near Great Dunmow, Essex is a sixty-bed home has been completely refurbished and will include six well-appointed suites, promoting a lifestyle for residents that will offer a luxurious environment with exceptional personalised care. Your responsibilities will include:Aiding residents emotional well-being and social needsAdministration and monitoring of medications to residents.Supporting residents at meals timeMentor & assist new employees.Implement, monitor and review care plans to meet residents specific needs.Plan, allocate & supervise the work of the team of care assistants*This is not intended as an exhaustive description of duties, please see the job description for full details.
