Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and experienced SAP Business Development Manager to join our UK-based team. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on driving business growth across SAP solutions—including SAP Technical, Functional, BTP (Business Technology Platform), and SAP Commerce.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the SAP ecosystem, a proven ability to develop new business, and experience managing strategic client relationships.
Key Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in SAP consulting, with a focus on SAP S4Hana, BTP, and SAP Commerce services.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Understand client requirements and match them with the right SAP solutions and delivery capabilities.
Develop go-to-market strategies and collaborate with delivery and pre-sales teams to tailor proposals.
Lead sales presentations, RFP responses, and contract negotiations.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging SAP technologies.
Manage sales pipeline using CRM tools and ensure accurate forecasting.
Qualifications

Proven experience in business development or sales in the SAP domain.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to translate complex technical solutions into business value for clients.
Solid knowledge of IT industry trends, enterprise software sales, and digital transformation.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
