We are looking for
- Residential Support Workers – £13.36–£14.11/hour
- Waking Nights Support Workers – £14.36/hour

Join one of our Good-rated OFSTED homes in Dudley, which supports up to 4 young people each with a range of learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy, and complex needs. Many of the children are non-verbal or have limited communication, and use tools like Makaton, Smartbox, and picture boards to express themselves.
Your role will be to provide a safe, fun, and nurturing environment where every child can be the best version of themselves.
