As part of our team, you will collaborate with staff and parents to assess, develop, and deliver personalized therapy plans, ensuring each student has the tools and support to succeed both in and outside the classroom.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Assess & Empower: Identify and address speech, language, and communication needs with tailored therapy plans.
Innovative Therapy: Lead engaging, impactful therapy sessions for individuals and small groups.
Collaborative Impact: Work alongside teachers, parents, and specialists to create a holistic support system for students.
Track Success: Monitor progress, celebrate milestones, and adapt strategies to ensure continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
Qualified & Driven: A recognized degree in Speech and Language Therapy and HCPC registration.
Passionate: A genuine commitment to improving the lives of young people through speech and language support.
