We are looking for a mail room operative on a high-profile contract to assist and support the smooth operation of daily incoming and outgoing post.
Main duties will include: Accepting incoming deliveries and mail, Distribution of deliveries and mail, logging and screening of mail, some porterage tasks required and Ad-hoc duties as required
We are looking for someone motivated, proactive and thrive in a fast-paced environment, Multi-Skilled Operative to join our dynamic team supporting our busy Mailroom.This role involves efficiently receiving, processing, and distributing goods, mail and managing deliveries. You'll support stock control, maintain an organized work environment, and provide excellent customer service while responding to service requests.Must have a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, good time management, and a team-oriented approach.
