Summary
Oversee the daily running of the restaurant to ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
Lead and supervise front-of-house staff, including training and scheduling shifts.
Manage reservations and resolve any customer concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
Work closely with the kitchen team to coordinate food service and maintain smooth operations.
