Personal Assistant / Support Worker
Location: Leyton
Hours: 3 hours per week (Mondays 11 AM - 1 PM, flexibility required)

Are you a caring, honest, and proactive individual looking for a meaningful role? Client is seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant / Support Worker to support a Lovely lady with visual and hearing impairments, in their home. This role requires someone who can contribute to a positive and long-term happy environment while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Responsibilities
Your role will involve providing essential support, ensuring the home environment is well-maintained, and assisting with daily tasks, including:
• Assisting with household maintenance, including cleaning and general upkeep
• Cooking traditional "Desi" meals as per the client's preferences
• Offering support with day-to-day activities to promote independence
• Ensuring a safe, comfortable, and positive environment
• Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Requirements
• Basic English-speaking skills (preferred but not essential)
• A long-term UK resident
• Honest, proactive, and able to use initiative
• Ability to work independently and contribute positively to the home environment
• Hindi, Punjabi, or Urdu-speaking applicants are highly desirable
• A valid DBS check (can be arranged for free if not already obtained)
