Summary

Elite Community Football Coach
£12.67 – £20.17 per hour depending on coaching level

Casual as needed including, evenings and weekends.
Based within Kings Lynn (some travel for Saturday fixtures)

If you are you passionate about football and eager to inspire young players, we have the perfect opportunity to join our team as a Casual Elite Community Football Coach to inspire the next generation.

We are looking for enthusiastic football coaches to lead and develop young athletes through engaging, structured, and fun sessions. As part of the King’s Lynn Community Football Programme, you will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality coaching, supporting match-day activities, and providing valuable feedback to help players grow. There are also opportunities to coach across other programmes.

You will have experience in coaching children and young people in an academy or grassroots setting, hold a minimum FA Level 1 in Coaching Football qualification and ideally an FA level 2/UEFA C qualification. You will also have strong communication skills and a commitment to creating a safe, positive, and encouraging environment, with experience of planning, developing and reviewing programmes.

Appointments will be made subject to a satisfactory criminal record check through the Disclosure and Barring Service.
