Summary
To work under the management of Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists. To be responsible for managing own non complex caseload of patients To assess, plan and implement rehabilitation programmes to a delegated patient caseload. To deliver rehabilitation programmes in the most appropriate setting including the patient's own home, care home or clinic setting.
