Summary
Eligibility Criteria for Developmental Position: Candidates must hold an Adult Registered Nurse (RN) Degree or Diploma, with essential Band 5 community nursing experience. Proof of ongoing learning and professional development is required and ideally, candidates will have completed leadership qualification or training. In this developmental role, assessment will focus primarily on performance and behaviors, including clinical skills, delegation, ability to manage pressure, leadership potential, self-awareness, leading by example, and overall attitude. While some of these criteria are qualitative, it is vital to select the right individual to ensure the team functions effectively and continues to deliver high-quality care.
