Hours per week: 20 hrs a week - 4 hrs each weekday 9am - 1pm but could be flexible.

Hourly pay rate: £13.00

I am looking for a compassionate, patient, and kind-hearted female to support my beloved 60-year-old wife. Before her stroke, she was a dedicated full-time administrator who loved her work. She is creative, artistic, and enjoys making things. She also adores her three grandchildren and has a special bond with our dog, so a love for dogs is a must! She has been facing challenges with her mental health and requires someone who can provide not only practical support but also companionship and encouragement to engage in daily living activities. I am looking for 4 hrs support each weekday but this could be a job share.

Duties include:

Medication prompting/administering
Personal grooming
Other relevant duties as required
Transportation
Companionship
Putting on creams
Taking to appointments
Encouraging to engage in hobbies
Candidate qualities:

Respectful of the employer's privacy and confidentiality
Reliable with good timekeeping
Able to both follow instructions and work on own initiative
Hygienic, tidy and well organised
Fit and healthy to undertake the required duties
Patient and possess excellent interpersonal skills
Honest and cheerful
Creative
Able to speak and read English to a reasonable standard
Must be comfortable with pets
Able to always work to high standards of health & safety
