Are you ready to lead an elite engineering team at the forefront of clean mobility innovation? IAAPS, a University of Bath subsidiary, seeks an Engineering Manager for our innovative research facility.
About the Role
Lead a team of up to 12 dedicated engineers and technicians, emphasizing people and technical leadership.
You’ll be responsible for aligning resources within our collaborative matrix structure, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your leadership will also support the operation of our advanced facilities, including hydrogen production and testing capabilities.

What We’re Looking For
Must have background in automotive powertrain research or vehicle development, with strong project management and team leadership skills.
Additional qualifications such as PRINCE2 or IOSH/NEBOSH, and experience in the automotive, aerospace, or marine sectors, would be advantageous.
