Are you an experienced Casualty Claims Handler with a passion for delivering outstanding technical service? We’re recruiting on behalf of a global firm seeking a dedicated professional to handle a portfolio of UK and European Real Estate Casualty Claims, including Public Liability (Injury and Third-Party Property Damage).

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Handling Real Estate Casualty claims from first notification to settlement (cradle-to-grave).
- Conducting thorough desktop investigations and determining policy coverage and liability.
- Managing a portfolio of complex claims across the UK and Europe.
- Liaising with insurers, brokers, policyholders, and internal teams to progress claims and provide excellent customer service.
- Preparing reports, MI, and formal client advice.
- Supporting account management and invoicing functions.
- Ensuring compliance with internal systems, SLA targets, and regulatory standards.

What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in Casualty Claims Handling (Public Liability essential).
- Strong technical knowledge of UK claims protocols; EU claims exposure a bonus.
- Experience with desktop-based claims investigation.
- Highly organised with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a wider adjusting team.
- Ideally working toward a professional qualification (e.g., CII, CILA).
- Foreign language skills (Spanish, French, German, or Italian) would be an advantage but not essential.
