Primary Teacher / Early Career Teacher (ECT) – Stoke-on-Trent

Salary: £31,650 – £43,607 (dependent on experience and pay scale)

The Role:
  • Permanent, full-time teaching position starting in September 2025


  • Teaching role in EYFS, Key Stage 1, or Key Stage 2, depending on your strengths and preferences


  • Deliver engaging, inclusive lessons that support both academic progress and holistic development

  • Play an active role in creating a nurturing and inclusive learning space


    We’re Looking For:
    • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – both ECTs and experienced teachers are encouraged to apply


    • Minimum 2:1 degree in Primary Education or a related subject


    • Strong grasp of the National Curriculum and effective behaviour management strategies


    • Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills


    • A creative, child-focused approach and a genuine passion for teaching and learning
