Job Title: Aerospace Quality Inspector

Hours: Monday to Thursday, 06:00 – 16:00 (4-day working week)

We are currently recruiting for experienced Quality Inspectors to join a respected aerospace manufacturer in Redditch. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a precision-driven environment where quality, accuracy, and attention to detail are paramount.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed visual inspections on small aerospace components using magnification equipment

  
  

• Accurately interpret computer-based specifications, work instructions, and technical data

  
  

• Identify, document, and report defects or non-conformities in accordance with strict aerospace standards

  
  

• Ensure consistency and accuracy while maintaining productivity in a fast-paced production setting

  
  Requirements

  • Prior experience in quality inspection, ideally within aerospace or precision engineering

    
    

  • Strong visual acuity and exceptional attention to detail

    
    

  • Ability to confidently read and understand technical drawings, work instructions, or specifications

    
    

  • Comfortable working in a high-precision, high-volume manufacturing environment
